Disability Assistance
The Disability Assistance Program provides assistance to patients referred through Moses Cone Health System in filing for Social Security Disability benefits.
We assist our clients with:
- Gathering needed medical and employment information.
- Completing necessary paperwork.
- Making appointments with Social Security.
- Reconsideration if initial claims are denied.
As time allows, the Disability Assistance Program will also provide assistance to clients referred by members of the Homeless Prevention Coalition.
